Do you offer Internet access? What is the password?
Yes, WiFi is available in all apartments and rooms and is included in the price. You will receive the password upon arrival.

Are bed linens and towels available, or do I have to bring them along?
Bed linens and towels are inclusive.

Is final cleaning included in the price?
Final cleaning is inclusive with a stay of at last 2 nights. Straightening up, dishes etc. however not. If you do not have the time or do not feel like doing these things, please leave the cleaning people an adequate tip. They will gladly help you out.

Can I book a 1 night stay?
Minimum stay is 2 nights. 1 night stays can only be booked on short notice, or if they adjoin existing bookings. In this case, an additional fee of 50% of the apartment price is charged.

How do I get to the apartments from the airport?
You can find directions to the apartments/guest house here.

What is the cost for accompanying children?
Children 0-2 years: free of charge in own travel bed or parent's bed.
Children 3-6 years: 5,00 €/night.
Children 7-12 years: 10,00 €/night.
Children 13 years and: 15,00 €/night.
Baby travel bed: 5,00 €/night.

Are private parking spots available?
Unfortunately we don't currently offer private parking spots for our guests.

Can I pay with credit card?
Currently we don't accept payments via credit card. Cash and money transfer is accepted. Payments via Paypal will be available soon.

Do I have to make a down payment?
Yes, a down payment of 50% is to be payed after booking.

At what time can I check in?
After previous arrangement, you can arrive between 14:00 and 22:00.

I arrive at night. How do I get my keys?
The keys can be deposited in a key safe, if you have paid the full amount by your arrival date. Regular guests also have the option to pay the next day.

By what time do I have to be checked out? What do I do with the keys?
Check-out is until 10:00. Please leave the keys on the table in the apartment/room.

Can I check in early or check out later?
Yes, you can book early check-in or late check-out. Every additional hour is 10% of the daily price.

Can I book by telephone?
Booking by telephone is only possible in expectional cases/on short notice. For regular bookings, I would appreciate bookings via e-mail or fax.

Do I have to pay a security deposit?
No, there is no security deposit. It would be nice if you would inform me of any lost or broken things in the apartment and pay for the damage.

I would like to change the invoice retroactively, to forward it to the tax office. Is that possible?
Retroactive invoice changes are 10,00€. Please make sure to provide the correct invoice address during the booking process.

How much is the taxi/large capacity taxi ride from the airport to the apartments?
Taxi from airport to Sielwall 80: approx. 12 €
Taxi from airport to Osterdeich 20: approx. 11 €
Taxi from airport to Prangenstraße 28: approx. 13 €
Taxi from airport to Buddestraße 20: approx. 14 €
Taxi from airport to Herbststraße 116: approx. 14 €

Large capacity taxi 4 € extra per ride.
Comparison: Bus/tram costs 2,20 € per person.

We will arrive at the airport with a large group/family. How will we get to the apartments?
For groups larger than 5 people with luggage, I can arrange a large capacity taxi to pick you up.
I will need the following information a few days before your arrival:
- your flight number
- the location of departure
- your arrival time
- the number of adults
- the number and the exact age of children (for the child seats)

Can you arrange for a taxi/large capacity taxi to pick us up for our departure?
Yes, I will gladly arrange for a taxi to pick you up. Please give at least one day notice, even better upon arrival or when booking the apartment.
