RATES
All prices and fees are as specified in the pricing list of each apartment on this website at the time of booking. The apartment rates are subject to the number of people and are calculated per apartment and night. VAT is included in the price and will be stated seperately on the invoice. Children up to 2 years of age stay free of charge in own travel bed or parent's bed. Baby travel beds are available for a small fee. Extra bedding for guests can be requested for an additional fee on a daily basis for otherwise longer stays. Please give notice during booking; at the latest 1 day before arrival. The rates include the lease for the apartment as well as additional charges for hot water, electricity and heating. Each apartment is completely furnished and equipped as described on the particular apartment page.

COST FOR FINAL CLEANING
Guest staying for one night only, need to pay the cost for the final cleaning seperately. For stays of the duration of two or more days, the cost for the final cleaning is included in the apartment-price. Weekly intermediate cleaning for stays of 10 days or longer is included in the price. Gästeträume reserves the right to charge a reasonable fee in case the apartment is left behind dirty and/or the dishes aren't cleaned after usage.

BOOKING INFORMATION / NUMBER OF PEOPLE
For booking purposes the following guest information needs to be provided: Name, address, telephone number, email address, and number of guests that will stay in the apartment. The apartment/room can only be utilized by the guests specified during the booking process. In the case of the violation of this agreement, Gästeträume reserves the right to prompt the guests to leave the apartment immediately.

BOOKING CONFIRMATION / PREPAYMENT / APARTMENT CHANGE
After completing the booking process, you will receive a booking confirmation within 2 days, including all your booking details and booking number. After receiving the booking confirmation, you are prompted to make a 50% down-payment. The down-payment is due within 7 days and to be paid via bank transfer, PayPal or cash. The remaining amount is due by the day of your arrival. In case of short notice bookings or 1-night-stays, the full booking fee is due within 7 days, at the latest by the day of your arrival.
Gästeträume reserves the right to accept or refuse bookings. Further, in exceptional cases, Gästeträume reserves the right to change the booked apartment/room to another comparable or upgraded apartment/room in the same building. If for some reason the guests do not accept the apartment/room change, the reservation will be cancelled and the booking fee, including the down-payment, will be refunded in full.

CANCELATION / INVOICE CHANGES
The guest has the right to cancel the contract prior to their arrival. In the case of a cancellation, the following fees are due: Cancellation 8 to 14 days prior to arrival, 50% of the booking fee. Cancellation 2 to 7 days prior to arrival, 80% of the booking fee. Cancellation on the day of arrival or on the day prior to that, 90% of the booking fee.
Changes per invoice after the stay are 10€ for processing fees and include VAT.

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT TIMES
Please confirm your time of arrival at least 3 days prior via email. We will then arrange a meeting time at the apartment.
Check-in is after 2pm. If you happen to arrive earlier, please get in touch via email to see if early check-in is available. We are open for late check-ins or check-outs on Sundays and holidays. There won't be any additional charges.
Check-out is 10am. Please check during check-in if late check-out is possible. Guests who check out after 10am or after the arranged time will be charged 10% per hour of the daily booking fee. This fee will not exceed the booking fee of one day.

BEHAVIOR
Guests are encouraged to act cautious and considerate at all times. The guest is responsible to leave the apartment/room in the same condition it was in when they checked in. Gästeträume reserves the right to claim the money for any loss or damage in the apartment and for the inventory from the guest, according to the general compensation laws. The guests are to respect other guests in the house during their stay. Inconsiderate behavior (i.e. loud parties, loud music, yelling, running around, unacceptable obscene behavior) will not be tolerated and can result in having to leave the apartment/room.

LIABILITY
Gästeträume is solely responsible for damage resulting from intentional or negligent mishandling while fulfilling contractual obligations and services, as well as to damages resulting from injuries to life, body or health.
